The hotel is at an excellent location, 5 minutes away from Times Square, 20-30 minutes walk to Central Park, a few subway stations not too far from it. Just the perfect location for a trip around New York. The rooms are not bad, the AC is working really good, but we didn’t have enough bathroom stuff like shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The bathroom wasn’t good cleaned but nothing too scary. Just a few little puddles around the toilet, a little water and soap on the soap holder in the bathtub and a little bit of a pink mold around the edges of the bathtub. The breakfast was good, not big of a choice but it was tasty, some of the things were old, like the bagels, they were extremely dry. For the price that we’ve got the room and the location of the hotel could say that it’s pretty much worth it. Note: If you order door dash to the hotel, be careful, sometimes they deliver it at the other holiday inn, which is 5 minutes away from this one or somewhere on the street where the hotel is.

I was checked in by a gentleman and a beautiful lady who were extremely helpful and assisted me in all ways as my booking was not showing in their system. They were always smiling and welcoming at all times which i never experienced in new york, these 2 employees are always busy with groups at the reception but they still manage to smile and welcome anyone passing by the lobby. The lady working at night is excellent as well , she is very professional and answers all quieries with efficiency. I also liked the fact the housekeeping ladies come everyday to change the towels and remove the trash.

Location - excellent. Right next to 8th Avenue so next door to the Port Authority Bus Terminal and the start and end of the hop on hop off bus. Walking distance of the major tourist sites. Room - excellent. Clean, warm, cosy. Large and bright. Study desk and TV. Bathroom was excellent with toiletries provided. Tea and coffee available in the room and in reception. Breakfast - great variety and choice. No shortages. Available 6am to 10am. Great way to start the day.

This is a great hotel when you consider a budget with location. We literally walked to EVERYTHING we wanted to see except the 9/11 Memorial and the Brooklyn Bridge. It is literally just a few blocks from Times Square and most sights are walkable without much effort. The breakfast was an egg and sausage protein each day along with breads, fruits, cereal, oatmeal and beverages. Rooms were clean.

I loved the stay. Nice staff specially the kitchen staff at the time of breaksfast Benjamin and Rosa, they were kind, friendly also with the kids a 10, for them, we were a family trip of 9 members and they always was too good. Also the reception people, a white spanish talking guy and a young muscle guy that were at the afternoon-night shift. I'll come back for sure.
